Pregnancy and Delivery Story Tag

1. WAS YOUR FIRST PREGNANCY PLANNED? Not really.
2. WERE YOU MARRIED AT THE TIME? Yes.
3. WHAT WERE YOUR REACTIONS? I was in disbelief coz we just got married like 2 months ago!
4. WAS ABORTION AN OPTION FOR YOU? Never.
5. HOW OLD WERE YOU? I was 31. Yup..I got married quite late.
6. HOW DID YOU FIND OUT YOU WERE PREGNANT? I missed my period. Also used the pregnancy test kit to confirm.
7. WHO DID YOU TELL FIRST? My hubby.
8. DID YOU WANT TO FIND OUT THE SEX? Of course.
9. DUE DATE? 2 July 2006
10. DID YOU HAVE MORNING SICKNESS? Yes..really really badddd. I vomitted out everything everytime I eat. I was losing weight for the 1st 3 months. I couldn't stand the smell of anyone's cooking. Luckily, it was only in my 1st trimester..phew.
11. WHAT DID YOU CRAVE? I have no special craving.
12. WHO/WHAT IRRITATED YOU THE MOST? I never eat broccoli during the course of my pregnancy ever since a small piece of broccoli made me vomitted big time. Other than that, I was fine.
13. WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST CHILD SEX? A little princess.
14. DID YOU WISH YOU HAD THE OPPOSITE SEX OF WHAT YOU WERE GETTING? Yes. :P
15. HOW MANY POUNDS DID YOU GAIN THROUGHOUT THE PREGNANCY? I gained 8kg(16 pounds).
16. DID YOU HAVE A BABY SHOWER? No. Just a simple fullmoon celebration with my family.
17. WAS IT A SURPRISE OR DID YOU KNOW? No surprise coz didn't have any.
18. DID YOU HAVE ANY COMPLICATIONS DURING YOUR PREGNANCY? I had UTI(Urinary Tract Infection). I thought I was having dengue fever at first because of the vomitting and shivering. I was under 2 blankets and still feeling damn cold. My dad took me to HUKM(government hospital) coz it was a Sat and already late at night. We waited like 6 hours and my name still not being called. We walked out of the hospital and I had a blood test taken at a clinic the next day. Thank GOD it was not dengue.(My Hubby was working abroad during that time)
19. WHERE DID YOU GIVE BIRTH? Pantai Cheras Medical Centre.
20. HOW MANY HOURS WERE YOU IN LABOR? I was induced coz my cervix was open when my gynae examined me during my 38 weeks. Got admitted the next day. My labour lasted 3 hours. I was very lucky coz I didn't endure any labour pains like backache or leg cramps. Just the need to push..hahaha.
21. WHO DROVE YOU TO THE HOSPITAL? My hubby. I had nasi lemak for breakfast before being induced...haha..
22. WHO WATCHED YOU GIVE BIRTH? My hubby.
23. WAS IT NATURAL OR C-SECTION? Natural birth.
24. DID YOU TAKE MEDICINE TO EASE THE PAIN? Just painkillers where they injected on my buttocks twice. No Epidural.
27. HOW MUCH DID YOUR CHILD WEIGH? 2.8kg
28. WHEN WAS YOUR CHILD ACTUALLY BORN ? 22 June 2006
30. WHAT DID YOU NAME HIM/HER? Gwen
31. HOW OLD IS YOUR FIRST BORN TODAY? She is 32 months now.
