My Day Out with Gwen, Papa Went To The BBW Sale

Hubby is in KL now. He was at Desaru, Johor (Thursday and Friday) to attend his company's meeting/team building. He flew back to KL on Wednesday and will be back to Jakarta next Monday.

Today was my third time bringing Gwen out alone. Oh we did not go anywhere far...just to Ambasador Mall (ITC) which is just across the road. :P

Gwen and I walked to the mall under the scorching sun just now.

It was lunch hour and Gwen was hungry. She wanted to eat first. Actually my intention to go there was to top up my prepaid coz my SIM was running out of credit.


We had lunch at A&W. Somebody enjoying her ice cream sundae. I have no idea why they called it "Monas" here in Jakarta.

This mall is always crowded and messy. That's why I seldom come here. Lots of stores selling cheap clothings, shoes, DVDs, replica bags, watches, eyewear, IT and telco stuff, etc...


So so many stores selling clothings. I saw a few stores selling Batik too (their styles are very different from Malaysia).


Gwen was excited when I told her we are going out.

I wanted to go home after I got my Prepaid top up but Gwen insisted we go to Carrefour. She told me to buy something. -__-


Look...she was browsing some cookies. Keep asking me do we have these cookies at home or not. I didn't buy lah.

I ended up buying some fruits and yogurt drinks for Gwen. :)

We had a leisure stroll back to our apartment.


Gwen was very well behaved. If Papa was around, for sure she would ask Papa to carry her..haha.


We are almost there. That's our apartment straight ahead.

While we were at the mall, Papa was at the Big Bad Wolf book sale (same time) in KL! I was green with envy when I read so many of my blogger friends went to the book sale.

I told my Hubby die-die also he must go to the BBW book sale this weekend and grab some books for Gwen...hehe.

Hubby did a good job for picking up these books. All books are for Gwen except for the cookbooks. I actually told Hubby to buy the Oprah Magazine cookbook for me but he couldn't find it and he bought other cookbooks instead. :)

My Hubby sent these pics of the loot he got from the book sale. He will leave these books behind in KL coz we are moving back to KL very soon.
