Some Update
Lately I have lost my momentum to blog. Sorry for not visiting your blog lately. I am in my 35 weeks now! Just had my last check up on Thurs. Everything looks fine and my baby has already turned her head down.
Oops...did I just mentioned "her"? Haha...yes I'm having another princess. :) I am very close to my D-Day already. My due date is on 10 Sep. Only 2 more weeks and my baby is full term.
I think I will be delivering my baby alone coz Hubby only comes back during the weekend. :( He is now back to Singapore (coz his company is there) as his contract in Jakarta has ended.
My sister is on stand-by to send me to the hospital when my D-Day arrives..luckily the hospital I'm going to is just 5-10 mins away from my house.
I have been busy organizing and cleaning my house coz it's a mess. You can imagine how hectic and tiring it is for a heavily pregnant woman vacuuming and mopping the whole house alone without any help. Not to forget all those cooking and driving in and out to send Gwen to Chinese class.
Due to all the house work and going up and down the stairs, I feel that I am fitter..haha. I can walk very fast and so far I don't experience any backaches...probably my baby bump is not that huge lah coz I'm quite slim.
I'm still not done with tidying up the house though. Haven't started on organizing and washing baby clothes and stuff yet. *gulps*
Gwen's play corner. This is what you'll see when you enter the main door. I have already tidied up this area. This is the best I can do.
Next our master bedroom..and also Gwen's room...haha. Yeah she sleeps beside our bed. Our room looks like hers now coz there are stuffed toys everywhere!
I have washed the curtains and hung it back myself.
Vacuumed, cleaned and organized our master bedroom.
Bought this new cordless vacuum cleaner recently that some of the mummies have raved about. It's convenient for me to do simple vacuuming job not for heavy duty vacuuming. It costs RM600.
Some of my latest cooking adventure.
First time roasting chicken..haha.
I followed Jamie Oliver's recipe. Half a kampung chicken. Gwen and I couldn't finish.
Cooked assam choy (mustard green) the next day with the leftover roasted chicken.
Gwen was asking me what is a 'cempedak' (she learned from her Bahasa lesson). So bought one for RM11.
Very sweet but not much flesh. Sedap...
Fried some of the cempedak and Gwen loved it.
Had simple home-cooked nasi lemak for dinner.
Gwen absolutely loved the sambal I made...haha..she only eats the sambal I cooked not bought from outside.
For Gwen. She chose herself.
For baby No.2
Another one for Baby No. 2.
My baby bump at 34 weeks. So far, I have been approached by strangers asking me if I'm having a baby boy or not..what..? With this baby, I still look slim but when I was carrying Gwen, I looked roundish..haha.

OMG...i am feeling guilty now looking back at my girls' playing area. So messy which I don't even want to go near it. U have done a good job. Keep it up and have a safe & smooth delivery.
Mummy Gwen, I am so glad to read your update again after so long. You are certainly great. You have completed so many things alone in your last trimester. I am sure it wasn't easy for you, but you have pulled it through. You are such a brave woman.
Yes, you are still so slim, you tummy is looked like you carrying a baby boy.
The food that you cooked are all awesome. My girls too haven't tried cempedak before. I must go and hunt for it.
You stay happy, easy and healthy. Take care.
must be a boy! All the best!
Good job mummy!
I was also busy cleaning my room when I was pregnant, I just cant stand watching the room so messy.
But I dint climb and carry heavy things la!
Your tummy is very 'protruding' leh.. Really looks like carrying a boy ;)

A girl.. yay! Can buy more pretty clothes for Gwen cos it can be passed down to mei-mei :) Wow, you did a great job cleaning up and organizing your home so neatly... this is indeed hard work! If I were you, I would have engaged a cleaner (paid by the hour) to do it for me. Tak larat ler... :p

And I'm really impressed that you can do sooo many things even when preggie. But do be careful, esp when doing things like climbing up to hang curtains.

Hey...thanks for the update. Was really thinking about you and wondering how you are doing. BE CAREFUL ah climbing up and down changing curtain. :)

And yes, your baby bump quite pointed, not rounded.
you are good.. at that stage of preggy, can still do so many things... btw, your tummy does has a 'boy' tummy... not as round for girl.. hehehe..
Like you, my second time preggie is much slimmer compared to the first. But I was not as fit as you; you accomplished so much with your edd drawing so near! Please take good care and slow down a bit ok. Have a smooth and safe delivery! Can't wait to see baby no.2 :-D
Good thing the hospital you'll be delivering in is very nearby and good that you've got your "driver/sis" on stand-by mode. Here's wishing you a super speedy and smooth delivery. Take care and can't wait to see your newborn's baby pix.
Congratulation ya...take care.
